Baypointe At Naples Cay – Current Project

This interior remodel enclosed existing under-roof space to give the Social Room an additional 589 square feet. New impact windows were installed as well as new flooring, cabinets and countertops.

The Club At Mediterra

The renovation of the Clubhouse included the expansion of the Fitness Center along with a new Concierge Station and the addition of a Multi-Purpose Room. Due to the expansion, the entire concrete tile roof was replaced with a new clay tile roof and a new air conditioning system was installed.

Copperleaf Golf Club

The amenity renovations at Copperleaf Golf Club included a new activities building/fitness center, a new pool side café and dining area, new bocce courts, a renovated pool and spa, new shaded tennis viewing area, a new golf cart staging area and new entry structures. The guard house was renovated to include covered drive lanes and refreshed monument signs and surrounding landscape areas. The new poolside café features a full kitchen that caters to the bocce and poolside dining guests. The fitness center includes an exercise room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, an aerobics studio and a meeting room.

Vanderbilt Golf and Country Club

The Clubhouse underwent a comprehensive remodel which included dining room expansion, kitchen enlarged, outdoor patio dining and additional meeting/small dining rooms. The amenity renovations included a new Terrace Cafe and a new Fitness center. Enhancements were also made to the Pro Shop, Activities building and the cart barn.
