BCBE Construction LLC’s Customer Service and Warranty Department is truly one of a kind. We offer a wide variety of services and direct cooperative involvement with the homeowners, building management, associations, and our developers. All Owners are provided specially tailored Walk Through Books for the building and individual residences. These books are categorized for ease and provide the name, contact information and warranty letters from all subcontractors that performed work from the structural specialist to the bath accessories. The warranty books also contain all appliance manuals, specialty care instructions and BCBE’s single point of contact for all warranty issues. We will manage and perform engineering reports and have a 24-hour emergency service program in place for all unforeseen issues.
